PROMISING TO SPEND FOREVER WITH THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE IS AN EXTRAORDINARY THING. LET’S DOCUMENT IT IN AN EXTRAORDINARY WAY.

From the moment those first-kiss butterflies deepened into something more, you’ve been daydreaming of his awestruck face at the end of the aisle. Waiting for you. With an experienced, intentional, hopeless romantic behind your wedding day camera, we will preserve this moment and so much more with the love and care they deserve.

Every elegant detail — from your grandmother’s pearl necklace to your glittering Jimmy Choos — will be preserved in immersive detail, and every tender glance between you and the love of your life will be yours to cherish forever. So, whether you live miles away or just around the corner, I can’t wait to deliver the wedding photography experience of your dreams. Let’s begin the adventure…

On the day of our wedding, she had such a calming demeanor and made everyone feel at ease. When we received our photos (far sooner than I expected), I was absolutely floored. Ashley has a gift for capturing moments of candor, delight, and love. I will treasure our wedding photos forever.

THEY HAVE THE KINDEST THINGS TO SAY

Engagement Sessions

CELEBRATING A SEASON

Unless you’re a model, being photographed probably feels a little awkward. I do this for a living and I still always feel a little out of place when we have our photos taken every year.

I am a big fan of engagement sessions for a few reasons. First, they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera. It takes time for most couples to warm up to being photographed and understand how we pose. Timelines can be pretty tight on weddings days and 30 minutes may be all we have for portraits – which is why we’ve found that wedding day portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement sessions ahead of time

Second, you can showcase your personalities in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you (and even include pets!) While they’re great for save-the-dates, I’ve taken engagement photos anywhere from 18 months in advance to a few days before the wedding.

An engagement session includes the following things:

2h coverage at the location of your choice*

Planning, styling, and location assistance

30+ fine art images edited in my signature style in both colors and black & white

Online gallery with unlimited downloads

PDF Filling with loads of information about what to wear, how to prepare and more!

$500

*Travel rates for destination events not included

She made both myself and my husband comfortable during our engagement and wedding photos, was able to multi-task and manage our large family/wedding party at our wedding and kept us on our timeline. We were almost sad our wedding was over because we loved working with her so much!”

F A Q

Snuggled into Willamette Valley wine country, about 20 minutes outside Eugene, OR, is where I call home. But whether your dream destination is a short drive or a 10+ hour flight away, I’m always ready for an adventure! So, if you’re planning an out-of-area or destination wedding, I’d love to create a custom photography collection that ensures every special moment is captured.

Absolutely! I’ll never leave you hanging with that awkward “what do I do with my hands?” feeling. I’ll offer as much direction as you wish on your wedding day, and I view my engagement sessions as a wedding day trial run, intended to help you get comfortable in front of the camera. This way, we work through all those camera-shy jitters and practice posing in a more relaxed, low-stakes environment.

I don’t, but I have gotten to know some wildly talented videographers during my career as a photographer, and I can’t wait to introduce them to you!

Because I want to give each of my couples the best experience possible, I do limit the amount of weddings I take on per year. So booking sooner rather than later is always encouraged. When you’re ready, reach out to me. We can connect, I’ll create a custom collection to fit your needs if you’re having a destination wedding. Then you sign a contract and pay a 25% deposit. Once that is done you are officially book. YAY! Pop the bubbly!

I do! But do you need one? There are a few key things that go into the deciding factor about whether or not you actually need a second shooter. Because honestly not every wedding needs one. After we chat I can get a better idea about if you need one or not. If you do, I work with some of the best second shooters. They are all trusted and well experienced photographers.

I will always recommend doing an engagement session! It’s a wonderful way for us to get to know each other a bit better and for you to get comfortable in front of my camera. I look at an engagement session as a trial run for your wedding. We aren’t up against a time crunch or rushing to the next event on the timeline like wedding days can sometimes be. So we have lots of time to work through all the poses. Then on your wedding day you will be ready to crush your portrait time because you’ll be a pro by then.
